Why I only eat fruit until noon - and what if you tried it with me.....October challenge inside
There’s a very simple and powerful practice I’ve been using for years that is a game changer for your health. And it goes against what most people ‘say’ is the right thing to do.
Should I eat high protein for breakfast so I stay full?
Should I use protein powders?
Should I be low carb?
I stand behind the perspective that our bodies are running on a program and food is what we are made to give it so that it works efficiently and stays in flow.
You don’t need a crazy food plan. You don’t need a high protein breakfast to lose weight or stay full.
You simply need to give your body what will help it stay in flow.
In flow just means it keeps digesting, cleansing and eliminating with ease.
Nothing is blocking you up basically.
Constipation, bloating, other gut issues are simply signs you aren’t eliminating and your body needs to free up its energy.
The BEST thing you can do for your body is keep it simple. Obviously simple, whole foods mostly plants, but this month I want to give you a challenge.
I want to give you something so POWERFUL and so SIMPLE that I know you can physically and practically do this. I know it won’t take you hours of cooking, prepping or planning. And even more importantly I KNOW that it will massively benefit your body and any goal you have for your health or how you look.
Fruit is cleansing, hydrating and simple and quick to digest.

Watch the video, check it out and try it. Try it for at least two weeks and go for the whole month if you want. I think you won’t go back. Health is supposed to be simple Let’s stop making things complicated and just realize there actually IS A way, a formula for how our body operates and food is our tool.
